Yes. All products sold on Lea & Leo are sourced directly from the brands we partner with, ensuring authenticity and quality.
How do I know which skincare routine is right for me?
Our skincare guides and routines are designed to help you identify the best products for your skin goals. You can also browse products by concern such as hydration, brightening, or acne.
Can I combine products from different brands?
Yes. Many skincare routines combine products from multiple brands. Our curated collection makes it easy to mix and match products to create a complete routine.
How long does it take to see results?
Most skincare products begin to show results within 4–6 weeks of consistent use, though this can vary depending on your skin type and concerns.
Does Lea & Leo ship outside of the United States?
Lea & Leo is available in the U.S only today, however we are quickly expanding into more countries.
Do you have A Return Policy?
Returns and Refunds for Apparel products
At Lea & Leo, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 14 days for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Please note:
- Refunds and replacements are only available for items deemed defective. To qualify for a refund or replacement due to a defect, you must report the issue within 14 days of receiving the item and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos).
- Products not deemed defective, or items returned outside their original condition and packaging, will not qualify for refunds or replacements.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product:
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.
Whats Lea & Leo For Postage Relief Social Cause?
Lea & Leo acknowledges the immense pressure that delivery workers are under and will be donating 2 percent of our gross sales to Postage Relief, a social cause aimed at supporting the physical and mental health concerns of postage workers.
